  • What is the typical lead time on orders?
    If you are placing a team or corporate at once order, orders will typically take 2 or 3 weeks. Teams/Companies doing an online store should allow an extra week for delivery.
  • How is pricing determined?
    Pricing is based off of a variety of factors. With our embroidery services, pricing doesn’t change too much based off of quantity. With our printing services, depending on the amount of colors and quantity you are looking to get, pricing can change. It's always best to email our sales team and they can help you with getting a quote within 24 hours.
  • How do I let you know which items I want?
    On our team stores we have a “core” set of products we generally offer. If you want us to build the store, we can do that within 48 hours. If you would like certain products – look through the catalogs from the different brands we work with and let us know the material numbers. From there we can build a store or get artwork back to you in a timely fashion.
  • What are your delivery methods?
    Our sales staff will work with you to figure out the best delivery that suits your team or company. For most of our team stores, we will ship orders directly to customers. If your organization needs to have orders shipped to multiple locations that is no problem. Products will ship from our warehouse via UPS Ground (one day shipment in New England).
  • How do I get samples?
    Most of the items we offer we have samples at our Team Warehouse. If we don’t have the sample in house, let our sales staff know and they will work on getting one ordered in.
  • Do I need a certain file type?
    We ask if possible, if you can supply us with your logo in an Illustrator format. We understand this isn’t always the case, if you have a JPEG or PNG file we can work with that.
